Faculty Director -- Masters in International Development Policy Georgetown University

The Georgetown Public Policy Institute (GPPI) invites applications for a Faculty Director of its new Masters in International Development Policy (MIDP) degree. The MIDP is designed to train a next generation of policy practitioners in evaluation and analysis of international development policy and practice.

The MIDP Faculty Director will develop the program, recruit students, provide academic oversight, develop course offerings, seek capstone opportunities, recruit and advise faculty, conduct outreach to development professionals, advise students, and teach courses. This position offers a unique opportunity for institution building and education of future leaders and analysts. Preferred qualifications are a Ph.D. in economics, political science, public policy, or related field; and at least ten years experience in international development and program evaluation, including field experience, teaching, and/or management/administrative experience.
