Job Description
To undertake the allocation and vacation on loss of entitlement of Service Family Accommodation (SFA) and associated occupancy management tasks. Acting as the Focal Point for customer enquiries, questions and complaints. Assessing entitlement and processing applications for SFA. Making appointments for move-in, pre move-out and move-out visits and other ad hoc appointments, as required. Liaising with Housing Officers, Housing Manager and other stakeholders on a daily basis. Inputting relevant information, using a variety of IT programmes. Use of JPA to raise appropriate accommodation charges. Processing of all paperwork associated with loss of entitlement, including legal documentation to Treasury Solicitors.

Grade Entry Qualifications
