Internship in the Department of Learning

The Department of Learning offers a range of activities for adults, students, creative professionals, families, school pupils, young people as well as programmes for community and hard-to-reach audiences. Access, gallery interpretation and the Museum (artist) Residency programme also fall within the remit of the department.

This internship is designed to enable people at the beginning of their museum careers to gain valuable experience within a busy learning department of a national museum. The internship will run for three months for three days per week minimum, during April – June 2012. Interns will experience a range of programmes and activities and help with a variety of tasks.
