This is for a future opportunity. We're constantly looking for great talent to add to our Ad Operations team.
As Media Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with Yahoo! Sales and their clients to ensure successful advertising campaigns. We are looking for candidates who can provide excellent service to our clients and Sales, understanding the sense of urgency inherent in working with a sales organization.
Specifically, you will work with the sales force to verify available advertising inventory and facilitate booking and contracts.
Job Responsibilities
Review and authenticate contract information into a database
Obtain creative materials from advertisers
Coordinate the scheduling and launching of advertising campaigns
Monitor delivery status
Maintain and revise the order, including campaign optimizations and scheduling changes
Minimum Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
Preferable Job Qualifications
Organized, detail-oriented team players with excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
A positive attitude and professional demeanor is essential along with the flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment
Strong customer-service orientation and familiarity with the Internet and Windows applications are necessary
1-2 years experience in advertising/sales, a technical aptitude (including knowledge of HTML) and familiarity with database applications preferred
