Responsibilities:

InterClick is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our software engineering. The primary responsibilities include architect, design and implement software components and services, to enhance and evolve our growing line of products revolving around our industry leading Ad delivery and targeting platforms. This position will require working closely with the product management to understand the product requirements, with technical leads and other software developers to design high quality software to be delivered in short sprint cycles. The candidate must be able to work in a dynamic, team oriented and high paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities Include:

* Work in an agile software environment, designing and implementing high quality software as part of our Ad Serving and Targeting Platforms

* Gain technical and functional understanding of our product architecture and become part of our feature and enhancement development effort

* Lead tasks for the design, specification, development, integration, test, documentation, and release of software components

* Analyze system requirements and translate into software specifications

* Respond promptly and professionally to bug reports; follow quality system to verify, document, and fix problems

* Demonstration of sound development practice, object oriented and service oriented architecture, and design patterns are a must

Minimum Qualifications:

* 7-10+ years of experience in software engineering with solid programming knowledge and hands-on experience;

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

* Strong .net 3.5/4.0 skills including but not limited to C#, SQL, message queuing, and threading

* Must have previous experience working with scalable high-performance server based systems

* Expertise in multi-threaded/multi-processor programming

* Familiar with data modeling and performance tuning

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and pinpoint issues at a very granular level

* High degree of organizational skills, team player, ability to multi-task, detail oriented, and strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in designing and maintaining distributed computing environment is a plus.

* Experience in advertising industry a plus

* Self motivated and willing to “do what it takes” to get the job done

* Masters in Computer Science or related field
