MX Legal Administrative Assistant Mexico

Position Overview:

Administrative functions such as: phone calls, facsimile communications, scan documents, documents reception. Coordinate with all team members on all matters to be issued by the Legal Department (gatekeeper).

Job Requirements:
- Basic Knowledge of legal terms.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge and use of computer programs such as: Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus Notes.
- Team work
- Use of Internet
- Flexible time

Principle activities:
-Written and spoken communications with internal and external clients.
- Reception of contracts, invoices, letters, etc. for docket purposes and delivery for review.
- Filing.
- Travel and expense reports.
- Elaboration of presentations for the Department (PowerPoint).
