MX-Legal Analyst Mexico

Position Overview:

- Written and spoken communications with internal and external clients.
- Control of powers of attorney for the officers in the company (i.e. - Mexico entities). Update reports on the status of all powers of attorney. Provide certified and simple copies for the powers of attorney requested by internal/external clients.
- Reception of contracts, invoices, letters, etc.
for docket purposes and delivery for review.
- Filing.
- Support on immigration matters (files, due dates for filing applications, etc.)
- Support on official channels regarding promotions and authorization of official authorities.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Budget
• Immigration
2. Take the responsibility for coordinating the TCCC documentation like the issuance of the BA´s etc. (close communication with TCCC International Operations required) –supporting the Attorney.
3. Support the ‘Company Secretary’ who is responsible for supporting, advising and arranging all required legal documentation for corporate maintenance purpose (BOD/Shareholders Meeting)
4. Miscelaneaus

RELATED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
- Require minimum 3-5 years experience

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
University/Bachelors degree
