Social Compliance and Sustainability Practitioner

The successful candidate will be responsible for compliance with all Mining Charter and Social and Labour Plan issues.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Work in close liaison with the DMR and other relevant stakeholders
• Work closely with various functionally responsible persons in the areas of SLP and Charter, Community Development Coordinators and operationally responsible persons.

Requirements:
• A Grade 12 with relevant tertiary qualifi cations
• Computer literacy
• 3 years’ related working experience
• Good communication skills
• The ability to communicate in English, Afrikaans and an African language
• Excellent coordinating skills
• Excellent quality academic writing skills
• Willingness to travel extensively.
