Consultant to support the preparation of the BDP 2011-2015 Inception Report and associated implementation and progress monitoring tools

Length and Duration of service: 50 working days starting from March to July 2012

The consultant will be based at home and Office of the MRC Secretariat in Vientiane (OSV), Lao PDR.
