Public Health Adviser
The ABA Rule of Law Initiative is seeking an experienced Public Health Adviser to work with the Research and Assessments Office to develop a guide on the use of rule-of-law-related programming to address development challenges in public health, climate change, and food security. The Public Health Adviser will be expected to provide substantive input into the chapter on public health and to assist with the development of a field research methodology. The Adviser will be expected to devote approximately 2 weeks to the project in March-April and approximately 1 week in September-October. The work can be performed remotely.
Qualifications
The Public Health Adviser must hold a law degree from either a US or foreign law school and should have at least five to ten years of experience with health programming, with direct experience of programs incorporating rights-based, rule-of-law or governance-oriented approaches that aim to ensure positive health outcomes.
