The Senior Human Resources Advisor supports the Human Resources (HR) Branch in meeting the strategic and day-to-day HR activities of CARE Australia. These responsibilities include developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures on all HR functions including employee performance and development, occuptional health and safety and employee relations. The role contributes to creating and facilitating change in the way the HR Branch works and interacts with its clients and stakeholders and how it supports the role and objectives of CARE Australia.
