Purpose of the post

The business analyst is a member of the unit Supply Chain Support & Projects, in charge of developing and supporting ICRC's logistics division's information systems, procedures and training. He/she will start as a key-player in the OSCAR project. The project aims to replace current HQ and field applications to move towards an integrated SCM solution. The business analyst will act as a focal point between ICRC business experts and integrator. Over time, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to evolve inside the logistic division, in the field and in the headquarters.

Main responsibilities

  • Key interlocutor for internal business experts
  • Key interlocutor for integrator business consultants
  • Analyze current business processes within the logistics division
  • Analyze data and produce reports for decision making
  • Provide necessary knowledge of ERP solutions.
  • Contribute in defining business test scenarios.
  • Contribute in the organization of the user acceptance tests
  • Contribute in the production of the user training and project documentation
  • Contribute in data cleaning and migration preparation
  • Others as assigned

Selection requirements

  • In-dept knowledge of transversal business processes in ERP solutions (preferably Sage X3).
  • Min. 5 years experience in :
    • business modeling
    • definition of functional specifications
    • implementing ERP solutions in international organizations
  • General knowledge of ICRC
  • Fluent in English and French, compulsory
