Student Advisor (Call Centre) Ref: 0490D30

  • 12 month fixed term contract
  • $55k to $60k including employer superannuation contributions and an opportunity to salary package

An opportunity now exists in The Student Centre for a full-time Student Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract. Student Advisors are the first point of contact for phone queries relating to enrolment processes, academic records, course access, course fees and charges and other student specific services.

Applicants should have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a team environment as well as have effective communication and interpersonal skills. A demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service and resolving queries in a positive and timely manner is essential. Previous relevant work experience in a customer service environment would be advantageous.
