The Deloitte Human Capital – Business Dynamics Practice assists organisations improve and grow by understanding and anticipating critical workforce trends, shaping and executing business strategy, identifying and addressing people related risks and regulations and enhancing workforce performance and productivity.

Organisational Design Consulting

Organisation design in Deloitte focuses on how the optimal configuration of organisational elements enables the execution of organisational strategy in order to create and enhance stakeholder value. It includes the development and implementation of operating models, organisation structure, competency models, job design, decision frameworks and transition planning.


We are looking for a senior practitioner with:

  • deep experience in working with senior
    leadership teams in the development and implementation of new organisation
    designs
  • the ability to translate client strategy
    into implications for organisation design
  • deep change management skills and experience
  • finely tuned stakeholder management skills

Do you have?

  • A relevant Master’s degree in social science
    or commerce
  • A minimum of 5 years' consulting, with
    deep technical expertise and experience at a senior level in at least two of
    the following areas: organisational theory and process, organisational
    strategy, structure and design, governance policies and processes, business
    models and process design, strategic change management, communication and
    culture
  • Demonstrable OD experience delivered across
    multiple client contexts
  • previous experience in a project based work
    environment
  • A basic understanding of HR practices and an
    understanding of the development of job profiles and descriptions
  • Experience with managing client
    relationships (at all organisational levels) and project teams

Human Resource Transformation Consulting

HR Transformation in Deloitte focuses on maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery models and HR functions. HR Transformation begins with confirming that the HR strategy is aligned to help achieve business-driven HR organisations, and then makes sure the HR service delivery model supports these goals. This involves considering all aspects of the HR service delivery model, including the structures, processes, systems and people involved in the delivery of HR into the business.


We are looking for a senior practitioner with:

  • specific knowledge and experience of HR service delivery models and all of the components of an HR operating model
  • knowledge of and experience in strategy development and implementation, organisation design, process design and
    re-engineering
  • knowledge of and experience in HR management information systems, roles design, and scorecards and metrics development


Do you have?

  • A relevant Masters degree in social science or commerce
  • A minimum of 5 years' consulting, with deep technical expertise and experience at a senior level in at least two of
    the following areas: organisational theory and process, organisational strategy, structure and design, governance policies and processes, business models and process design, human resource functional optimisation
  • experience in large scale HR transformation projects that have included structural and technology related change, and specifically in leading particular streams of work (i.e. organisation design; systems;process design; etc)
  • previous experience in a project based work environment
  • Experience with managing client relationships (at all organisational levels) and project teams
