Recruitment/Resourcing Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our recruitment strategy and practices to enable us to attract and recruit the most diverse and talented people. Your remit will include a review of our approach to attracting people, our assessment techniques, and our graduate and intern programmes, .

As an experienced HR Recruitment professional you will be working closely with the business partner team across our diverse organization, chiefly focusing on resourcing initiatives, but contributing to other generalist activities where appropriate.

You should be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience

• Significant experience of the whole recruitment lifecycle
• Experience in managing and developing a Graduate Recruitment and Development programme
• Understanding and application of attraction and assessment methodologies
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to communicate and influence at all levels

Some generalist HR experience would also be an advantage.
