Sr. Managing Consultant

The scope of the responsibilities includes, but is not limited to:

Regional Responsibilities
• Implement the Managed Services strategy and drive revenue through pursuits and initiatives that will support MEA market priorities
• Deliver against individual country plans for MEA
• Develop sales materials to support MEA regional sales teams
• Contribute to closing sales opportunities identified by MasterCard Advisors account cluster leads, for example by presenting at client meetings and providing input to proposals Functional Expertise and Responsibilities
• Expand revenue through Managed Services engagements (in particular direct sales acquisition, direct mail acquisition and customer campaigns to promote usage and loyalty) in priority MEA markets by sizing opportunities, assessing and contracting with third party agencies and directly managing the performance of these agencies in delivery engagements. Play a major role in delivering engagements and gaining resources from the global Managed Services team.
• Develop and analyze key financial and performance metrics to monitor engagements and agency performance and inform pay for performance engagements
• Lead the Managed Services aspects of bundled service offerings from GP&S
• Partner with Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) to assess third party agency performance on pricing on an ongoing basis
• Support the development of offerings in additional channels across the lifecycle, particularly digital to build Managed Services scale in MEA
• Size underbanked and small portfolio segments; assess solution needs, sales and delivery channels
• Proactively manage the MEA sales pipeline within salesforce.com
• Extract and apply best practices across the region
• Interact with the global Managed Services team to leverage expertise and feedback learning from MEAEducation,

Qualifications and Experience

Education Needed:
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferredLicenses/Certifications Needed:
• Not applicableExperience Needed:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience at issuing in one or more of the MEA markets. Direct experience with acquiring new accounts and direct marketing to customers required.
• Experienced project management and stakeholder management essential
• Experience with being managed remotely preferred.
• Experience in digital and mobile channels preferred.
• Experience at working in matrixed, relationship oriented environments
• Track record of initiating and leading results oriented marketing campaigns
• Contract negotiation
• Successful track record with managing complex matrix relationships
• Application of analytics and metrics to drive marketing campaigns

Languages:
Fluent English required; additionally, fluent Arabic requiredReporting RelationshipsDirectly Reports To: APMEA Market Lead, Managed Services

Strong matrix relationships to APMEA Region Lead, Advisors and global leads located in Europe and the USGeographies: MEAPosition will be based in the MasterCard Dubai office.
Heavy travel across MEA anticipated.
