Research Project and Supervision
The Humanitarian & Conflict Response Institute (HCRI) in partnership with MAG (Mines Advisory Group) invite applications for a four-year PhD studentship to work on a collaborative research project.
Entitled Determining the Impact of Landmine Clearance and Humanitarian Mine Action (HMA): Measuring effective interventions in post conflict areas, the project will be co-supervised by Rob White (MAG's Director of Operations) Dr. Rony Brauman (HCRI Director and former President of Médecins San Frontières) and Dr. Jenny Peterson (HCRI Director of Post-Graduate Research).
The researcher will be based at the HCRI but will also spend time at MAG headquarters in Manchester and potentially in MAG's international field offices, further developing their research and professional skills.
