Field Support Officer – SIFPO Marie Stopes International
The Field Support Officer is a member of SIFPO (Support for International Family Planning Organisations) team. The purpose of this role is to contribute to the fufilment of Marie Stopes International's mission and the effective management of the SIFPO project and other USAID funded activities. In particular, facilitating effective project management including financial and narrative reporting, compliance, and contributing to the development of strategies to improve partners' capacity.
The successful applicant will work under the direction of the SIFPO Deputy Project Director to orient, support, and monitor the work of MSI country programmes receiving SIFPO field support and in collaboration with the International Programme Department. The goal of the SIFPO project is to increase the use and availability of Family Planning quality services globally through increased capacity and strengthening of selected international family planning organizations that have a global reach and an extensive, multi-country network of Family planning clinics, in order to achieve maximum program impact and synergies.
An understanding of USAID and family planning is highly desirable.
