Job Description
- Deliver the information management business processes and supporting systems (technical requirements – Master Data Management within the Triumph commercial scope
- Communicate, consult, liaise with the Triumph Commercial Team ensuring information requirements are understood, designed and delivered in the Triumph Global Template
- Deliver commercial information requirements to agreed milestones, timescales, scope, quality and budget, issues and risks and report progress to Global Solution Owner for MDM
- Provide customer service and technical advice in a complex SAP environment i.e. SAP and CranSoft for a global solution.
- Writes functional specifications and reviews designs for the governance of the master data and ensure that it conforms to SAP’s tables, rules and configuration to enable a workable solution which needs to align to SABMiller as a group – not only for one country.
- Protects the integrity of the global solution ensuring that change requested follow the agreed approval process before applying them
- Perform testing of all information management functionality developed (e.g. complex reports and security (user) profiles) comparing what has been built in CranSoft with what is in SAP and ensuring that the data is stored in SAP correctly.
- Roll out of global systems for Commercial master data.
- Accountable for ensuring Integration of applicable master data to other SAP modules like CRM, CAS etc.

- n Configuration experience is SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and preferably SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) as well – minimum of two SAP full cycle implementations
- n Some experience in SAP Reporting will be advantageous as this will ensure the knowledge of what data drives which commercial reporting
