Project Controller South African Breweries

Responsible for the operational management of the Demand Management pipeline and process:

  • Act as the liaison between the FDAs and RDAs to progress all new RDA approved requirements and to feedback outcomes from Global Forums to RDA controllers
  • Understand structure, forums and roles of the D&PM governance bodies to ensure correct routing of new demand through the pipeline
  • Capture all GS new requirements in the Demand and Portfolio Management tool viz. ClearQuest and track and manage the status of requirements through the pipeline
  • Attend all FDA meetings to
  • Act as the key link into the Solution Assessment change board
  • Identify, communicate and escalate demand that is not progressing through the pipeline
  • Maintain the collaboration room to ensure that all Demand Management documentation is available i.e. all minutes, agendas, SER documents and supporting information
  • Prepare weekly demand management reports for submission to Global Release Planning
  • Prepare demand reports for reporting into the GDA and prepare presentation material for items that require GDA approval
  • Implement and enforce formal and informal controls to detect non adherence to document standards and approval criteria
  • Manage and enforce disciplines at DA governance forums e.g. that DA governance forums prepare structured meeting agendas, documented minutes with decisions taken and traceability of new demand and changes approved, etc.
  • Assist with designing enabling Demand and Portfolio Management tools to support the process
  • Proactively contributing to the continuous improvement and optimisation of the D&PM processes and systems.

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Large program experience is required with Programme Management experience including reporting experience
