IT Service Delivery Manager Legal Aid South Africa

The successful candidate will be required to manage systems and ensure that all IT solutions or services work at an acceptable level. These include but are not limited to :

  • Supporting the existing infrastructure
  • Ensuring IT business continuity, permanent service
  • IT Service management
  • IT service Improvement.
  • Management of a team of IT Specialists
  • Handling of Strategic Information Systems issues

Desired Skills & Experience

  • A recognized IT Tertiary qualification, University Degree / Diploma.
  • 5 years in real time IT service delivery management in highly demanding technology department,
  • Knowledge and experience of the following domains are an asset:

-Service management (ITIL)

-Internet Technologies

-Accustomed to service delivery 24/7

-IT Change management
