Offering clients an enterprise-wide business intelligence and performance management approach that links strategy with performance measures using state-of-the-art technologies to cascade these measures and analysis throughout the organisation quickly and cost-effectively. They integrate informational assets from different systems across the value chain and deliver role-based intelligence to finance information consumers in a personalised manner.

Finance transformation:
Services include design, integration and implementation of finance and accounting processes based on ERP platforms and enabling technologies. Helping clients optimise financial processes, improve efficiency and productivity, and eliminate non-value added tasks. Ways to achieve this may be through outsourcing, shared services, organisational redesign and benchmarking.

Business risk management:
Helping clients identify, assess, manage and optimise business risks across the enterprise. Assisting clients design and implement financial controls to support existing and emerging regulatory initiatives. Providing solutions in niche risk areas, e.g. Anti Money Laundering.
