Salary: c. £55,000

Could you help maximise the global impact of WaterAid by leading on key areas that facilitate high levels of employee engagement and performance?

We're looking for an innovative and creative thinker who believes in the difference strong leadership and great internal communications can make and who has the skills and experience we need to take our resourcing, learning and talent management strategies to a whole new level.

Enthusiastic, a great coach and facilitator, you’ll work with our People Business partners and with senior managers across our global organisation.

WaterAid is a leading international charity that's at an exciting phase of its development. By 2015 we aim to provide services to over 25 million people (via partners) in 30 countries across Africa, Asia, the Pacific region and Central and South America.

We're also aiming to reach over 100 million via our influencing work. Achieving our aims is dependent on courageous, empowering, accountable leadership and our ability to recruit, develop, engage and retain talented people.
