WaterAid People Systems and Support Manager

Salary: Starting from £36,032

This role will be responsible for the delivery of high levels of support to the People team, including having oversight of all our systems, processes and administrative support including payroll, recruitment and management information.

You'll source and implement a brand new recruitment and selection system, manage key supplier relationships and enhance our management information systems.

We're looking for someone with HR generalist experience at operational level with excellent customer service skills. You will have experience of managing and developing others and have some experience of delivering strategic pieces of work. You'll be highly IT literate, great at managing relationships and have a keen interest in our work.
