Global Mobility PMO Program Manager Required Skills Global Mobility PMO OCM Consultant/mobile advocate will have responsibility for driving adoption & enablement through Organizational Change Management practices/processes. • Take direction from the Global Mobility PMO executive & Global Mobility PMO program manager • Work closely with all Geo / BUs on driving adoption & enablement, etc. • Work closely with the CIO Core team business advisor and other management as required • Very strong communications and leadership skills. Other Information you would like to specify The Global Mobility PMO will have to interact with numerous extended team members located in various time zones so this employee will need to be able to have a very flexible work schedule to conduct meetings during off hours locally in order to accommodate the project team. Mobility is a strategic program part of the Workplace of the Future strategy. Anyone filling this roll will be performing a global role & will need to be flexible to working a modified schedule to be available for meetings at a mutually agreeable time, as required..
