Any request for clarification must be sent in writing or by standard electronic communication to the e-mail address:procurement@nepad.org. NEPAD will respond in writing or by standard electronic mail and will send written copies of the response, including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry, to all consultants.
The NEPAD Agency, has initiated the process of recruiting a Travel Management Company. The purpose of recruiting a Travel Management Company is to offer best value for money services in the interest of the offices of the Agency
OBJECTIVE
The Travel Management Company will do the following:
- Issue airline tickets at most direct and lowest cost of the NEPAD officials for the purpose of official missions, consultants, government officials and participants attending NEPAD’s meetings. These services extend to NEPAD’s diverse worldwide operations, for travel of NEPAD staff worldwide.
- Assistance with Visa services when necessary.
- Incidental services such as issuance /delivery, revalidation, re-routing, reissuance, reconfirmation, processing refunds and cancellation, and preparation of suitable itineraries (including alternative routings, departure and arrivals).
