The European Society of Anaesthesiology (ESA) a.i.s.b.l. www.esahq.org active in the field of continuous medical education and promotion of research, is looking for a full-time team player to strengthen its Education department.

Job description:

The Examinations Administrator will organise the European Diploma in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Various organisational and administrative tasks;
  • Follow-up of candidates’ applications;
  • Regular contacts with examiners and local examination centres all over Europe;
  • Working closely with the Examinations Committee, assisting with the implementation of decisions and policies;
  • Regular travel to examination centres for on-site organisation (from 5 to 10 weekends a year).

Profile:

  • Team player with excellent organisational skills;
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken); and at least one other major European language is an asset;
  • Willing to travel, flexible and multi-tasked;
  • Accurate with an eye for detail;
  • Able to interact and communicate in a mature and professional way within and outside the organisation;
  • Always careful about sharing information;
  • Able to respect deadlines;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Min. 5 years’ experience.
