These programmes will aim to improve agricultural market systems to work better for the poor, improving incomes and strengthening food security.

We have a number of senior opportunities available and are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• 5 + years’ experience in senior management roles on agriculture and private sector development programmes;
• Demonstrable knowledge of agricultural market systems in West Africa;
• Track record in working with private sector agribusinesses and smallholder producers;
• Experience integrating gender equality into programming;
• Ability to work a range of stakeholders, including government, private sector companies and client organisations.
