Background:
Afghanistan National Institute of Music (ANIM), part of the Deputy Ministry for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (DMTVET) of the Ministry of Education (MOE) of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, intends to present some of its musical ensembles in concert in Washington, DC; New York, NY; and Boston, MA, from February 2 to 17, 2013. The tour will include around 16 ANIM faculty, both Afghan and expatriate, and around 48 ANIM students, both boys and girls, ranging in age from 10 to 21. The tour group may be in Washington from the morning of February 3 to the afternoon of February 8, when it travels to New York, where it will be until the morning of February 13, when it travels to Boston. A draft itinerary is available upon request. ANIM seeks bids for a security company capable of managing this project by providing the following services:

How to apply:
Bids should include estimated costs for the above items including all expenses, such as hotel stays in the same hotel as the tour group, and the security company’s fee. ANIM asks companies to do their best to minimize costs. Bids may be submitted electronically to Dr. Ahmad Sarmast, Founder and Director of ANIM, atahmad.sarmast@adm.monash.edu.au.
