The role

We are currently seeking an experienced accountant, based in our Melbourne office, to work closely with our other specialists to provide reliable and timely delivery of financial and management accounting.
With 5 years PQE, you will play a key role in:
  • Managing, motivating and developing the group finacial reporting team.
  • Delivering accurate and timely consolidated group management accounts.
  • Reviewing and providing guidance on statutory accounts for the Group and its subsidiary companies.
  • Continuously improving internal processes and procedures.
With a track record of achievement in a similar role in professional services, you will ideally have gained your experience in one of the big 4 and have a passion for building trusted relationships and delivering quality reporting and analysis.
Suitable applicants will have:
  • A professional accounting qualification (CA preferred).
  • A track record of proactive and hands on team leadership.
  • Some understanding or experience of an organisation that has experienced significant growth and change.
  • Ability to undertake some travel (domestic and international) (2 - 3 times per year).
