Administration Assistant - Professional Services

An opportunity exists for an Administration Assistant to join our Newcastle office.  In this position you will provide project support services to project teams and administrative / secretarial support to the Business Unit Manager to enable improved client facing activities.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administrative support for proposals/bids (submissions, CVs, experience databases, graphics, presentations)
- Project administration (billable) including reports, data entry, information searches, spread sheet maintenance and document control for project activities
- Various administrative support activities for business planning and development including compilation of reports and charts
- Quality and Environment form preparation and pro-forma quality checks on projects
- Clerical, secretarial and general administration
As the successful candidate, it is expected you will be qualified with an administration related certificate, and have proven experience in a similar role.  High proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite is essential. 
This is a varied, busy and challenging role, where you can thrive in an environment offering a range of complex duties.  You must be a self-starter with strong communication skills, (both written and oral), together with good time management skills and a high attention to detail.
