FINANCE: Assoc-Int-Fin (VP) w/ Goldman Sachs & Co. in NY, NY. Clnt & Bus Dvlpmt for Lat Amer Fin Insts: Dvlp & pres to sr clnt mgmt mkt overview & val presentations; Stay current w/ key econ & fin dvlpmts in the overall Lat Amer regn; Be key point of contact int & ext w/ clnts interested in Lat Amer fin insts sector. Transact Executn for Lat Amer Fin Insts: Revu, dvlp & struct diverse fin transacts, incl eqty, debt & othr cap raising alts; M&A, restruct, asset & liab mgmt, & othr inv bank svcs primary for Lat Amer fin insts; Petf complex fin & reg due dilig on cap struct, funding qual & asset qual; Lead• & supvs teams to adv clnts & to execute Var inv bank transacts.
Req Mstrs deg (US or for equiv) in Econ, Bus Admin or a rel fld + 5yrs exp in the job offrd or in an inv bank pos, w/ a prim focus on fin insts &/or the Lat Amer regn. 5yrs exp, prior or subsequent to degree: analyz acctng & reg statemnts for fin svces cos; present to CEO/CFO lev clnt presents on corp strat & opt fin structs; build & revu fin models incl op models, M&A & LBO vals & models for banks, ins cos, & othr fin svces cos, incorp corp fin concepts, GAAP (or for equiv) princips, & reg reqs. 1 yr exp in clnt prospecting for adv svces. Must be fluent in Span & willing to conduct extens trav to Lat Amer regn. NASD Ser 7 & Ser 63 lic req.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, M-F (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
Salary: $214,032/year
