Continental Fundraising Advisor Individuals (f/m)

Continental Office CEE/CIS/Baltics in VIENNA
Tasks and Responsibilities:

Advise and support defined key national fundraising teams with their offline fundraising activities/campaigns from individuals
Increase competencies of national counter-parts in the recruitment of committed givers via direct marketing, telephone-fundraising, face-to-face
Strengthen the capacities of national teams in: developing donor-relationship and retain donors
Drive Good practice sharing across the continent

Requirements:

University level business qualification in Fundraising/Marketing (Sales)
At least 4 years working experience in an international setting with Direct Marketing or Telephone Marketing, F2F would be an advantage
Experience in the field of customer/donor retention and further development of loyalty programmes
Ability to work within a virtual network and willingness to travel
Experience/understanding for the specifics/realities in one or more markets of CEE in the specific field of work
Excellent written and verbal English skills
