Position Description
The GSD is seeking an individual at the junior faculty level whose work focuses on technology in relation to landscape architecture. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver graduate level instruction in design studios, seminars, and core lecture courses. We are particularly interested in candidates whose work in landscape technology exhibits the potential to advance design culture, and to impact the discipline of landscape architecture through research and publications. The successful candidate will also be to contribute to the teaching programs and research agenda of the School across allied design disciplines. The appointment will be made at the rank of assistant or associate professor, depending upon qualifications and experience.
Basic Qualifications
The successful candidate will have graduate level teaching experience in landscape architecture and/or allied design disciplines as well as a research agenda in landscape technology.
Additional Qualifications
We are particularly interested in candidates whose work in landscape technology exhibits the potential to advance design culture, and to impact the discipline of landscape architecture through research and publications.
