Position Description
The Department of East Asian Languages and Civilizations at Harvard University anticipates one or more openings for a full-time Drill Instructor/Teaching Assistant in Chinese beginning August 1, 2013 through July 31, 2014. Drill instructors assist course heads in Chinese language classes, assist in preparation of teaching materials, and teach individual drill sections.
Basic Qualifications
Candidates must have native or near-native fluency in Chinese; a bachelor’s degree or higher; experience teaching Chinese at the college level to students whose native language is English; and computer literacy.
