University degree in civil, environmental or mechanical engineering. A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in water/wastewater infrastructure projects. Previous experience of International Contract Procedures (PRAG/FIDIC) required. Contract supervision of a water/wastewater treatment works is essential. Experience in institutional capacity building project(s) for water utility companies /institutions /departments essential. Previous experience in Eastern or Central European countries would be an advantage.

University degree in wastewater process, sanitary or environmental engineering. A minimum of 8 years general experience, with a minimum of 5 years in wastewater treatment process design and calculations. Previous experience of design of sewers/drinking water/stormwater networks required. Experience in operation of a wastewater treatment works desirable. Experience in Design Build an advantage. Previous experience in Eastern or Central European countries would be an advantage.

University degree in civil engineering. A minimum of 10 years general experience, with a minimum of 5 years “on site” construction supervision. A minimum of 3 years of supervision of water/wastewater treatment plant projects. Previous experience required as “Engineer” or “Resident Engineer” in design build FIDIC or FIDIC Red Book. Experience in design of water/wastewater projects desirable. Previous experience in Eastern or Central European countries would be an advantage.
SAUDI ARABIA: Quality Manager
Accredited bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or science; an accredited master’s degree in same is preferable. Must possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in applying quality management principles to environmental remediation/restoration projects and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the consulting engineering field. Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to communicate in English are essential; familiarity with the Arabic language is highly desirable.

Must possess knowledge of principles and practices of industrial and occupational safety and health program administration and 15 years of progressive professional experience in workplace safety with 5 of those years as Health and Safety Executive lead with senior management reporting.

Applicants must have a University Engineering degree with chartered engineer status (C.Eng) and should have at least 12-15 years experience in construction supervision in the appropriate field for the post they are applying for. It is also a requirement that overseas experience on at least two projects is demonstrated for highway positions in Africa.
