Director Of Digital Systems Transformation And Innovation, Imperial College London

The College wishes to appoint to the new post of Director of Digital Systems Transformation and Innovation. The purpose of the post is to define and deliver the digital innovation and systems transformation goals of the College. This is a strategic role which will be responsible for enhancing the current business architecture and overseeing the change programmes which will arise from this. This post will work alongside the Director of IT Services and Operations.
The successful candidate will need to have a collaborative working style and understanding of the academic customer base, as well as demonstrable professional achievement in digital systems transformation, and substantial experience of leading organisational change.
He/she must have extensive experience in providing leadership and management in a technology environment and translating business requirements into defined projects and benefits. Responsibilities will include evolving the digital and innovation strategy to meet the College’s strategic aims, capturing the diverse needs of a sophisticated customer base, and providing value for money services to meet those needs. 
A positive, professional profile is essential, together with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships, both internally and externally. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a commitment to manage staff in line with Imperial Expectations.
