Materials Controller

Job Description –

• Experienced material controller with supervisory experience of managing flow of materials from requisition to fabrication and installation.
• In-depth knowledge of materials admin, supply, logistics etc. within oil and gas industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with personnel internally and externally Ability to interface with vendors, sub contractors, clients
• Capable of distributing work to other Material Controllers and storemen effectively.
• Able to appraise performance of team and identify training needs.
• Ability to notice improvements that can be made to supply chain efficiencies and can implement them successfully.
• Competent at recommending process improvements.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Ability to liaise effectively with buying, engineering, fabrications, warehouse and offshore personnel
   

Candidate Requirements –

• 3-5 years experience as a Materials Controller, preferably in a fabrication yard environment
• English-speaking, Tagalog language proficiency is a bonus
