Futures Group – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Coordinator – Long Term – Upcoming Voice & Accountability Innovation Fund Opportunity.

Position Summary
We are looking for outstanding and experienced candidates to work on an upcoming programme which looks to address the major issues in citizen voice and accountability, in the health sector, policy advocacy, media and communication as well as innovation in two provinces of Pakistan; Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project will be to increase the demand for better RMNCH services and nutrition and empower citizens to hold service providers to account.
Candidates will demonstrate the following:
  •  Experience with DFID or other major donor (USAID, World Bank etc) (Essential)
  • At least 7 years managing or coordinating a complex project at a regional or provincial level (Essential)
  • At least 10 years’ experience in Reproductive, Maternal, New-born and Child Health (RMNCH) and Nutrition (Essential)
  • Experience in Health Policy and/or Advocacy (Essential)
  • Fluent English language and writing skills (Essential)
  • Fluent Urdu language skills (Essential)
  • Fluent Pashto language skills (Desirable)
  • Work in gender related issues to health (Desirable)
  • Relevant advanced degree (Desirable)
  • Experience on major programmes that address greater and effective citizen participation and monitoring of health services (Desirable)
  • Experence working Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region (Desirable)
