- Advanced university degree in HR Management, Psychology or related field. A first university degree may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree with additional qualifying experience.
- 8 years of relevant work experience, with minimum of 1 years’ experience of interviewing and recruiting IP staff within UNICEF or the UN.
- Strong communication skills with need for proficiency in English, both written and oral. Working knowledge of French desirable.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple priorities and focused on achieving ambitious workloads to tight timescales.
