We specialise in the design and implementation of communication campaigns, involving audiovisual production, publications, events, media relations, websites, social media.... Mostra currently employs a multidisciplinary and international team of around 150 communication professionals.

The role on offer is an exciting one: We're looking for a tenacious, results-driven Project Manager to augment our successful New Business Team, which works in cooperation with dedicated writers on the preparation of tender proposals for the EU institutions. These tender proposals require the coordination of a large number of in-house staff and external contributors to plan, mobilise and supervise the preparation of a series of high-quality written documents, including creative case studies, often to tight deadlines.

• Do you have five or more years of experience in managing communication projects (experience in managing proposal preparation is an asset) ?
• Do you have demonstrable knowledge of or work experience with the EU?
• Do you have a university degree in Communications, European Affairs, International Relations, Business or equivalent on-the-job experience?
• Do you have an excellent level in English (French as second language is an asset)?
• Do you work well in a team and get the best out of the people you work with?
• Do you thrive in a busy, dynamic working environment?
