The successful candidate will be contributing to the tasks and daily work of the Business Product Management team in general and to the implementation and management of Europol information management tools in particular.
The main responsibilities may include:
- Provide project support in the area of information management, including administrative and financial tasks and assistance to the product management activities for Europol’s core systems;
- Produce statistical reports (using statistical applications) on the key performance indicators, content and use of the Europol core business applications;
- Perform business analysis for the development of new information systems and/or enhancement of existing systems;
- Perform any other task assigned by the line manager.
Your profile:
We are looking for product management officers from all EU Member States, who have:
- At least 4 years of professional experience in Information Management; Professional experience in policy drafting and implementation of legally binding regulations;
- Working knowledge of at least one well-known business analysis approach, such as IIBA BABOK standard, BCS Business Analysis framework or similar.
