Evaluation of NP South Caucasus Project
Nonviolent Peaceforce (NP) is an international, non-governmental organization which works to reduce violence and protect civilians in situations of violent conflict and its aftermath, mostly through the deployment on the ground of multinational teams of civilians (Unarmed Civilian Peacekeepers).
Nonviolent Peaceforce invites tenders for the evaluation of its project in the South Caucasus. The draft report is to be submitted by the 1st of November 2013, with time for revisions until the 1st of December 2013.
The evaluator or evaluator team must have: • Familiarity with approaches of nonviolent peace-keeping and human security. • Knowledge of the situation and conflicts in the South Caucasus. • Practical experience with evaluations.
For the evaluation, a total amount of 10,000 Euros is available which would cover both the expenses of the evaluator(s) (including travel to the South Caucasus) and honorarium.
