· Ability to drive value through commercial knowledge / insight and understanding of the impact of decision on the business
· Ability to manage a lot of information from different sources and able to summarize and present to the rest of the teams to enable decision making
Financial Analysis/ Forecasting and Budgeting
· Ability to prepare and present financial analysis in a simple and coherent form
· Ability to create insightful causal tracks, develop/use pricing and margin tools and know when to apply them
· Ability to prepare financial plans and forecasts including AOP, BPM and Outlook preparation
Business Performance Management
Ability to track, analyze and present actual commercial/financial results (vs forecast, plan or prior period) to enable the right decisions and/or course corrections to be made

Qualifications
· University / College Degree in finance / business
· Advanced excel skills
· Minimum of 2+ years working experience in finance multinational corporate environment, with successful experience in commercial finance
· Previous commercial/commercial finance experience desireable/ demonstrates commercial mindset
Language skills
English and local language as relevant
