“Private Practitioners Interface Agency (PPIA) for Tuberculosis (TB) Control in Mumbai" is a program funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. PATH will be implementing the “Guṇavattā Sēvā Network Project”(GSNP). GSNP is designed to strengthen the capacity of networks of private health care providers in the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) to ensure early and accurate diagnosis of tuberculosis (TB) cases through effective TB case management. Improved TB diagnosis and treatment will ultimately improve case notification and treatment success for TB patients who seek health care from private-sector providers that are not linked to the Revised National Tuberculosis Control Programme (RNTCP) run by the public health system. We are looking for a Transactions and Contracts Manager based in Mumbai. This position will be part of PATH’s project team reporting to the Project Director (PD). Specific responsibilities include:

  • Manage and monitor the different voucher and incentives schemes, and coordinate with the CBO Partner to ensure transparency in management.
  • Develop, execute and maintain contracts with Partners, CBOs, and PPs.
  • Plan and estimate the requirement of vouchers, and incentives on a quarterly basis.
  • Facilitate printing and distribution of vouchers and incentives.
  • Design, implement, and monitor the different incentives schemes.
  • Contract renewals and cancellations.
  • Administer reimbursement agreements and financial incentive mechanisms for participating PPs via electronic money transfer with the support of an IT platform.
  •  Coordinate with the technical consultant informatics  and MOTECH staff to design e-voucher system.
  • Monitor the utilization of vouchers and incentives.
  • Develop and implement monitoring system to ensure the vouchers are utilized by the actual beneficiaries.
  • Work in tandem with Finance and Administrative team.

Required Skills

  • Strong computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both in English and in Hindi.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Mumbai.

Required Experience

Master's degree in Business Administration/ Financing plus five years' experience in finance and contract management. Experience in Health Insurance Agencies. Experience in implementing incentive schemes.

Must have legal authorization to work in India.
