• Implement the Compliance Training framework by conducting training needs analyses, preparing & executing training plans.
• Conduct & facilitate employee training sessions.
• Partner with Human Resources, IT and other relevant stakeholders to improve significantly SBI Card capabilities & processes to assign and track training.
• Support business leaders’ drive to reinforce the culture of compliance and integrity and promote measures to reinforce personal accountability for compliance by business leaders.
• Develop SBI JV compliance communications plan for 2013. Deliver & execute as per Plan.
• Drive implementation of Compliance Score Card to attain greater granularity within SBI JV
• Conduct various leadership and employee engagement events so as to promote Compliance culture within the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience ; people with training background preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills at the senior level.
• Ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Ability to make regulatory and supervisory-based decisions in the day-to-day functions
• High integrity, strong work ethics, focused and committed to success.
