Department:
Qatar Airways are currently recruiting for a Finance Supervisor to join our Revenue Processing team which forms part of our Financial Accounting department.
The main purposes of this role are to ensure the timely release of accurate incentives / PLB (Productivity Linked Bonus) and Overriding Commission to agents /GSA as per their performance targets set in agreements. Validates airline ticketed tax reports submitted by outsourced processing unit and coordinate with station finance/BPO /QR HO team to fulfill station/auditor requirements.
Person:
The successful applicant will have the following job specific skills:
*User level experience in any ERP system - Finance module
*A good level of written and spoken English is required
*Computer skills and knowledge of Oracle
*Strong Communication skills
*Negotiation and Influencing ability
*Excellent planning and organisation skills
*Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Experience:
You will have a minimum of 5 years Airline experience with at least 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
qualifications:
Esssential:
*Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Preferred
*Commerce graduate from reputed university with professional accounting certificate like CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA or MBA Finance from reputed institute or University.
