Assistant Intercompany Planning - Temporary in Kallo Belgium

COMPANY INFORMATION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
It concerns a temporary assignment until the end of 2014 in the Kallo plant
Purpose:
This function is responsible for assisting the intercompany planning team in Kallo in all activities regarding intercompany & resale deliveries by coordinating and planning inventories and logistics.
Main responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for customer order treatment
  • Process data based upon demand (order & forecast)
  • Communicate and follow-up on orders
  • Handle related transport and paperwork from a to z
  1. Communicate and liaise with Customer Service, Suppliers, and other LZ entities (interco)
  • Ensure forecast accuracy
  • Ensure on time deliveries
  • Daily communicate on changes and status
  • Provide ongoing support to resolve delays and issues
  1. Deliver ad hoc day to day help to the Planning team
REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
  • Bachelor degree or equal by experience
  • Experience in the area of Forecasting, Planning, Logistics is an advantage
  • Excellent computer skills (SAP, ERP systems, MS Office) SAP-knowledge is a must
  • Good written and spoken knowledge of Dutch and English. Any other language is a plus.
