Assistant Intercompany Planning - Temporary in Kallo Belgium
COMPANY INFORMATION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
It concerns a temporary assignment until the end of 2014 in the Kallo plant
Purpose:
This function is responsible for assisting the intercompany planning team in Kallo in all activities regarding intercompany & resale deliveries by coordinating and planning inventories and logistics.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer order treatment
- Process data based upon demand (order & forecast)
- Communicate and follow-up on orders
- Handle related transport and paperwork from a to z
- Communicate and liaise with Customer Service, Suppliers, and other LZ entities (interco)
- Ensure forecast accuracy
- Ensure on time deliveries
- Daily communicate on changes and status
- Provide ongoing support to resolve delays and issues
- Deliver ad hoc day to day help to the Planning team
REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
- Bachelor degree or equal by experience
- Experience in the area of Forecasting, Planning, Logistics is an advantage
- Excellent computer skills (SAP, ERP systems, MS Office) SAP-knowledge is a must
- Good written and spoken knowledge of Dutch and English. Any other language is a plus.
