Purpose: To develop / manage and champion the GGBL innovation & renovation strategy Top Accountabilities · Formulate, manage and champion the IMC innovation and renovation strategy, covering all brands. · Work alongside GBIG, as leader of IMC team to progress Projects through NaviGate innovation stages. · Lead Projects through NaviGate commercialisation to launch review stage. · Lead existing projects through NaviGate (Gates 1 to 6)… · Manage global stakeholders on all projects in conjunction with global team project members; ensuring projects proceed with pace and rigour. Qualification & Experience · University marketing / business qualification · Proven ability: team leadership / strategic thinking · Minimum 6 years Marketing / Project Management experience. · Previously demonstrated success in Brand / Project management · Able to demonstrate success in developing & leading team. · Proven strategic management ability. · Experience working with and successfully managing agencies / strategic partner relationships. Skills and Knowledge · Budgetary control & cost control management · Research interpretation, tools & usage · Advertising agency procedures · Competitive intelligence and Consumer & insights · Strategic Penetration · Motivating & inspiring agencies & cross functional teams · Basic SAP / support IT systems Barriers to Success · Inability to.
