We are looking forward to welcoming an analyst for business controlling, in the Nordic finance team. The analyst will become a key team member for the Integrated Performance Management (IPM) team supporting the Nordic Franchise Operation and reporting financial performance for the Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland & Iceland) to the overall North West Europe and Nordic Business Unit (NWEN BU) P&L.
Extensive professional responsibility includes validation, controlling and analyzing of assumptions and planning parameters. The Nordic IPM analyst will be assisting the Nordic IPM manager with P&L preparation, consolidation and management that will help setting and achieving stretch but achievable financial goals. The role includes scenario planning, tracking of financial performance against agreed KPIs, and analytics that can help business leaders better understand and manage results vs. plan and take timely action to manage risks and opportunities for the Operation.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the Nordic IPM Manager in the co-ordination and preparation of the operation’s financial performance and forecasting working closely with Strategic Planning, Commercial Finance, System Economics, Marketing Expense Management and the central NWEN IPM teams.

• Take the lead and responsibility for collecting, calculating and validating forecast assumptions and parameters, for planning and budgeting purposes, in closing co-operation with Nordic IPM manager, Commercial Finance, Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence and System Economics teams.

• Manage profit centre P&L’s including the preparation, reporting and analysis of actual results vs. forecast and budget, for a multi country –operation with multiple currencies. Journal Voucher and other accounting work for non-recurring transactions, such as local - production entities. Close collaboration with our Regional Financial Centre, based in Ireland.

• Assist in the preparation of operation reporting packages, - P&Ls by country, category & brand, supported with performance drivers, aiming to foster decision making and corrective actions to deliver the BP targets.

• Take the lead and responsibility for collecting concentrate inventory information from -our Bottlers and distributions partners. Create reconciliation and understanding of units in transit. Provide inventory development analyses to Nordic IPM manager.


Background & Experience Required:

• 4-5 years of relevant working experience, within business controlling.
• Ability to work in a complex system and business structure.
• Strong process discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team some members who are located in different offices.
• Customer service oriented.
• Build strong business relationships.
• IT fluency.
• Self-motivation / act autonomously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
